Norma Grace Scroggs2024-07-03More than just loan service! More than just loan service! I had a long, complicated road ahead of me trying to buy out a reverse mortgage from a family estate. Alicia did not shy away from the mess and helped me explore every possible option. She didn’t pressure me to do something that made her more money but kept giving sound advice in what was unknown territory for me. She is for you! You tell her your goal and that’s what she worked for. Eventually, I decided it would be best to go another route. She helped me change course and shop for loans in suitable areas. She looked for the best loans for me and worked endlessly… literally day and night to get me a better rate, any programs I qualified for, and answered my questions over and over. She gave me knowledge so I had the confidence in my purchase decision. Alicia saved me so much money and was someone I had confidence in to fight for me on things I didn’t know anything about. I would recommend her to anyone!
Steneec Gill-GREVIOU2023-07-13The best in the world The best in the world When I tell you Janese is the BEST I mean the BEST and I could probably look up another word better than the BEST. I was a first time homebuyer and after being told no a couple of times I found someone who introduced me to her through social media I wanted to find out information on lease to own and she said why do you want to go that route I explained I was told no serval times already. She said let me see I said no I don’t want to hurt my credit with keep checking. Well she convinced me to let her take a look. Once she said I was able to get you approved I said how you set up cameras on my home to prank me. Then I said for how much I bet it’s not enough or the house would have to be just the frame. They I got all the information and I’m not going to lie I couldn’t believe her so I called a family member that is a Realator just in a different state to say is this for real .he spoke with Janese and said if she can do everything she said she could then yes (with a hint of doubt he had) I said I’m going to ride with her. All I can say is but GOD who lead me to this woman she went over and above with everything on her plate and it was no saucer plate it was a platter or two we had early mornings that no one would have done but she did any questions I had she answered any concern she was there with anything Janese was there even while I was dealing with my realtor I still called or texted her. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or getting on her nerves. The Moral of the store within 4 long months I am a homeowner. This book could go on cause it was a lot but I’m going to end with saying Janes is the Goat and I am so happy to have meet her.
